Balmain, Leichhardt, Newtown and the rest of the Inner West are terrace and warehouse country: narrow blocks, heritage frontages, and a lot of second-storey additions where a steel stair and balustrade have to thread through an existing house. This is where our make-and-install-together approach matters most, because the geometry rarely lines up on paper.
Steel stringer staircases for terrace additions, matte black balustrades, and privacy screens for tight blocks. Every job is measured on site, fabricated in our Greenacre workshop and installed by the same crew, so the tolerances hold and nothing gets lost between trades.
Every balustrade we install in the Inner West is built to AS 1170 loads, NCC barrier heights and, for glass, AS 1288, with the documentation a certifier or strata report will ask for.
