Most balustrade problems start where the trades meet: measured by one company, made by another, fitted by a third. We do all three. The fabricator who welds your rail is the one who templated it and the one who bolts it down, so the tolerances that matter never get handed off.
That is also why our quotes are fixed, not "from". By the time we price a job we have already stood in the space and worked out how it goes together.
Every job is built to AS 1170 loads, NCC barrier heights and, for glass, AS 1288. We hand over the documentation a certifier and a strata report will ask for.
