A staircase is a structure, not just a rail, and it has to line up on site instead of being fought into place. We fabricate steel staircases across Sydney to the architect's drawings, from a floating mono-stringer to a full external stair, and we build the balustrade with it so the geometry works.

Inside, a stair is on show every day, so the welds are dressed and the line is straight because it was made straight. Outside, we galvanise or coat for the weather and detail the fixings for the substrate. Either way it is engineered to carry the load, not just to look the part.
A staircase is the job where the measure, the fabrication and the install have to be the same conversation. We template on site, build in our Greenacre workshop and install with the crew that made it, so the tolerances hold from drawing to handover.
